How to Pack for a Business Trip?
Preparing a good travel bag can become a complex task – especially when we talk about a business trip!
However, if we think with discipline about what to bring in advance, surely we will succeed in our choices.
Here are our tips to help you to pack the right bag for your next business trip!
• With some advance book a few minutes every day to think about the essential items to carry. This way you’ll be sure that everything will be ready on the day to pack and over the days you will remember the most forgotten objects.
• The first question that you should ask yourself is: ‘How many days I will stay at the destination?‘So you can organize your clothes and objects according to your needs.
• Do some researche about the weather that will be in your destination city. This prevents the surprise factor and you will not be surprised with a different climate than usual at the time.
• Take different options and smart choices! Bet on neutral, easy to match tones and fabrics that do not get wrinkled (polyester, nylon…). Choose between pieces that combine with each other to create different visual each day, even using the same main clothes.
• Remember to take more sophisticated looks for any dinner or evening meetings.
• Bet on accessories. They are very useful to create different looks and take up little space.
• Plan to take comfortable clothing and footwear for any free time, where you can visit the city, shopping, etc.
• Besides the clothes there are other items of extreme importance:
– Shampoo and shower gel (although you can always use the hotel ones);
– The deodorant;
– Brush and toothpaste;
– Charger for phone/tablet/pc (depending on the country you’ll be traveling you may need to purchase a plug adapter for the charger);
– Book to read on the plane and in your spare time.
• Not to forget:
– In the international travel is allowed to bring liquids in your hand luggage – 100ml per package, until 1L max. So if you bring perfumes, creams and/or other liquids, you should always place them in the luggage that will be checked;
– Always carry your identity card and passport.
